5. Confidentiality

- THR Guidance Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the specified period
- Any expenses incurred by THR Guidance Inc. in collecting overdue amounts, including reasonable legal fees and court costs, shall be reimbursed by you
7. Limitation of Liability
THE FOLLOWING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A MATERIAL TERM OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE:

THR GUIDANCE INC.'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THR GUIDANCE INC. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THR Guidance Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in connection with:
